A luxurious mid-century home was in need of a redesign near the pool and pool house. Overgrown shrubs and trees were removed, with grasses used as a new focal point to frame the pool and offer a softer aesthetic more suited to the setting. A row of lavender was installed to run the span of the pool house, which offers a shock of color and texture, as well as a wonderful scent when the doors and windows are open. Hardscaping in bluestone defines the path from the main house, while the pool is surrounded in grass turf for an organic look.
